Note:  I absolutely LOVE the concept of Avernus, but in these tales, the graves have NOT yet been moved aside from reality, and the graveyard --being liminal and occupying one of those strange but necessary mashup places that happen when worlds collide-- occupies an island which straddles the border of Central and Keystone cities.
